Selections from the address of the Rev. H. S. Bigelow, delivered at the Vine Street Congregational church, Cincinnati, Sunday night, February 12, 1899. Bigelow (1870-1951) was a member of the executive committee of the Cincinnati Anti-Imperialist League. In this address, he used Rizal as a tool to fight U.S. imperialism in the Philippines.
